Q1. There's lots of 'Spyphones' on the market, why is yours different?
A. We have been involved in multi-platform development in S60, S80, UIQ, Linux and Windows operating systems which allows us to offer the world’s only 100% software based security files. Our software has proven a worldwide success and guarantees super stable reliability and performance. Our software is the new development in forward thinking solutions for the mobile era, there's absolutely no tampering of the phone whatsoever.

Q2. What is the current list of hand-sets the software supports?

A. Our software currently supports handsets: 3230, 6600, 6260, 6620, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 6682, 7610, N70, N71, N72, N73, N75, N76, N77, N80, N90, N91, N92, N93, N95, E50, E60, E61, E62, E65, E70, E90, 3250, 5500.

Q3. What is an IMEI number?
A.
This is the 15 digit identification number specific to your handset. Every mobile phone has a different unique IMEI number. By pressing *#06# on the phones keypad will display the IMEI number or alternatively take a look behind the battery compartment where the IMEI number printed.

Q4. What is a Pre-defined number and is it possible to change the number?
A.
The pre-defined number must be a mobile number where all the information from the target phone is forwarded to. Our software allows you to change the pre-defined number remotely at any time without any indication. We recommend using an unregistered PAYG SIM as the pre-defined number.

Q5. How do I find out my Firmware Version?
A.
Press *#0000# on your phone's keypad to find out your firmware version. This is only a requirement we would need for technical issues.

Q6. When the spy call is in operation, what are the coverage area/ range restrictions?
A.
The coverage area will be the same as any other standard GSM mobile phone. This depends on the coverage provided by the network provider. As for the range while calling the target phone - you can call from anywhere in the world.

Q7. When in spy call, how sensitive is the microphone and how far from the phone can I hear?
A.
The microphone is that used to make a normal conversation located in the mouth piece of the phone. Though the microphone is very sensitive there is no way to know how far you can hear, the general rule is that you can hear the same as if someone 'forgot' to press the END button on the keypad.

Q8. Can the target phone be used for everyday use as a normal mobile phone?
A.
Yes absolutely! Our software operates in its own environment and does not conflict in any way with the normal workings of the phone. You can make and receive calls and texts as normal; it will ring normally and perform according to the original manufacturer specifications. There is no way to tell by holding or using the spyphone that it is packed with 'extra' superb features.

Q9. What happens if somebody else calls the target phone whilst I am listening in?
A.
You will automatically be disconnected whenever the target phone makes or receives another call.

Q10. How long can I monitor the target phone?
A.
This is only limited by the phone's battery life or credit on your phone. Whilst monitoring it is considered 'Talk Time' so please be aware the call is effectively connected. We recommend using the ‘’Mute’’ option on the pre-defined phone.

Q11. Can I install the software on other phones?
A.
No. The software file is based on the unique IMEI number of your handset therefore it will not work on any other handset.

Q12. I'm concerned about my partner; they are so secretive with their mobile phone. Is there something going on?
A.
Although this is one of the many uses our software can find out for you, the purpose of this software is aimed for mobile phone security theft and child safety for concerned parents and must be used with consent. We accept no responsibility of its use other than what the software is intended for.

Q13. Can I turn ON and OFF the features without touching the phone?
A.
Yes. Once the software has been initially installed on the handset the remote control feature allows you to change/activate/deactivate the software at any time.

Q14. How do I transfer the file to the phone?
A.
You can transfer the file by either Infra-red or by using the cable supplied with the handset. We recommend using Bluetooth as this is the quickest and easiest method which takes seconds. A guide to using Bluetooth can be found in the document.

Q15. What if the phone is switched OFF when I send a command?
A.
When the phone is switched back ON, your command will then get through and perform your request.

Q16. Does the software work on all networks?
A.
Our software is compatible with networks in any country in any language however it is impossible for us to test all networks worldwide. We therefore cannot give any guarantees and advise you to be prepared to use a different network or SIM card inside the target phone in such circumstances.

Q17. Does the software work forever?
A.
Yes. You will be provided full support and any update releases you will be entitled to for free.
